How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on all orders over €39. For smaller orders, a flat shipping fee of €[amount] applies, shown clearly at checkout.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours. Delivery then takes around 1–3 business days within Germany. [Adjust for other countries you ship to.]
Can I return my order?
Yes. You have a 14-day risk-free trial. If your dog isn’t completely comfortable, contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and we’ll guide you through the return. See our Right of Withdrawal for full details.
Which size should I choose?
Measure your dog and compare with our Size Guide. If your dog is between two sizes, we recommend sizing up for the best fit and comfort.
What materials are your products made from?
We use soft, skin-friendly, and durable materials chosen for everyday comfort. Exact fabrics and fillings are listed in the specifications on each product page.
How do I clean and wash the products?
Most items come with a removable cover that is machine-washable on a gentle, cold cycle. Please check the care instructions on the individual product page before washing.
Which payment methods can I use?
