You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods. If the goods were delivered in several partial shipments, the period starts on the day you took possession of the last item.

Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for supplementary costs arising if you chose a delivery type other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision. We will use the same means of payment you used, unless expressly agreed otherwise; you will not be charged any fees for this reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or until you have supplied proof of having sent them back, whichever is earliest.
You must send back or hand over the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you notify us of your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14 days expire.
You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods. (Standard rule. If you offer free returns, replace with: “We will bear the cost of returning the goods.”)
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

Important: Withdrawal button requirement (from 19 June 2026)
Since 19 June 2026, online sellers that conclude contracts with consumers must also provide a clearly labelled withdrawal button (or an equally prominent link, e.g. “Cancel contract”) on the website.
